- - Bought two ACs from rzvtshops.com; tracking shows China Post.
- - After 3 weeks, tracking stops; no local carrier listed; no merchandise received.
SCAM
In June, I bought two air conditioners for a price that seemed reasonable to me. Everything ships from China, and as for tracking, it's complete ***
They give you a purchase number that links to a package tracking number.
I use the tracking number, which tells me it's leaving China via China Post. After 3 weeks of handling and customs clearance, that's when I lose track of the packages.
No mention of which carrier they used for local delivery.
In short, they have my money, but I don't have my merchandise.
Their website: www.rzvtshops.com uses the "Overstock" label, and when you access their About Us link, they list Tommy Bahama Guest Services as their contact.

You call them and they tell you they're just traders. They do, however, give you a number to call, supposedly "Overstock," for customer service.
But it's BED, Bath & Beyond that answers???
I give them my tracking numbers, and they have no idea what I'm talking about.
So, I'm left with nothing!!!

Wrong color and defective
I spoke with a customer rep. She instructed me to take pictures of the wrong color of seating and defective chair cover which came with the 2 chairs ordered and send them.
Which I immediately did. I have received no communication from Overstock. I asked for a refund or the right color of covers ordered. This is all I want.
This should have been handled within minutes. Overstock, in my estimation is not a good company when resolving a problem of their own making.
User's recommendation: When purchasing anything from Overstock, understand if there is a problem with your order. It's possible it may never be resolved at all. I was warned about their practices of not doing the right thing. I ignored the messages on Reddit. Now I know this will never be resolved by Overstock. My only saving of grace! I used PayPal to make my purchase. I hold the winning cards.

I still haven't heard anything on my order. So I don't know what is going on. I believe they should get in touch with me about my order
Status of delivered but item never arrived
Online shows delivered but item isn't here. Unable to get a hold of anyone from customer support.
Charged my account. I'm going to get my bank to help me dispute this. What else is there to day.
A really bad experience. Annoying that I have to have a 100 letters just so I can post this review!!!...!

Absolute Worst...how do they stay in business???
After staying on the phone for 1.5 hours they could not correct an order from going out to an incorrect previous address that unfortunately, autofilled when I pushed: CONFIRM. Reimbursement will take two business days.
Terrible customer service and products
I personally think a 1 rating is too much. Terrible company.
I ordered 2 counter height stools for my kitchen, when they came they were the wrong size( table height) and one of the cushions seats had a divit in it. Went online to try and start a return, no one to this day has emailed me back and I had ordered and received them at the end of May. Called the company 20 times! No one answers the phone!
Staying on the line for " next customer service representative" for 45 minutes!
No one takes the call!!! Would never, ever order anything from this company again!!!

I purchased an overpriced rug for $266.00. I tried to get them to price match, as Amazon had the exact rug for $191.00.
Overstock didn't try to resolve my concerns or issues. It's really troubling to think that the company doesn't value loyal customers. I will never spend another dime with them, nor recommend them for anything.
It's horrible, plus I would have to pay to ship this monster back to them. Shaking my head.

They lied, said they would match the price, now they say they can't. I'm stuck with this rug for $266.00 when Amazon has the same product for $191.00 - a ripoff.
The customer service is bad, but that's okay. They will never get my business again and I don't recommend doing business with a company that goes back on their word!

I purchased a rug for 266.00 and Amazon has the same identical rug for 192.00 first customers service tells me they can match the price at 9 am . Then send an email after 3:30 pm stating they cant.
Horrible customer service.
I dont recommend anyone shopping with this company! I have to send this rug back and pay for shipping horrible!!!

I did not get an answer when I was going to get my table they hung up on me. I called back and all it is is a recording. What happened to the real person to talk artificial intelligence is in the greatest when youre checking on an order, Im very dissatisfied if I dont hear from them within 24 hours, I will put a complaint in thank you.
