Three months ago I ordered some artwork that was custom-made oil paintings. One was called the umbrella and the other was called the scholar. I have not received these and I’m not getting any emails telling me when they will be arriving. However, I did talk to the lady on the phone a couple weeks ago and she said that they would be sending it out on Friday and I should’ve gotten it on Tuesdayand that was over a week ago I don’t have a tracking number or shipping number or anything and it was from overstock art it was on October 14. It was ordered. Why can’t I seem to get any help

My only recommendation for you & others(Pottery Barn where we ordered our other one) is that when you sell the chandelier you include light bulbs or put it in BOLD letter that they are not included & make it easy to add to order.
