I placed an order in October. I want my order now or a full refund.

I'm tired of messing with you people. If I do not hear anything by the end of the week, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and turning it over to them.

I tried to call, and they dropped the call on me! Chanel, I can't get on the website, and I can't talk to a person on the telephone. What am I supposed to do?

So, it appears that the furniture never shipped from the warehouse, 12 days after the order was placed. It will take 2 business days for them to check with the warehouse to determine when or if I will get the shipment.

This service is antiquated; why does it take 2 days to determine if they sent the package?

Who knows if or when it will appear? More to come, I am sure.

Ordered a necklace on 12/24. Delivery date listed as 12/26.

Now is 12/29 and order marked as delayed? Called customer service for clarification a couple of times, they are CLUELESS!!!

After I placed the order, I never received an acknowledgement or anything with an order number. I have called, chatted, and sent letters to the big guys at Overstock & Beyond.

I never heard back on the letters, and no one I contacted can find any order for the recliner. I have contacted my credit card company, and they are trying to see what they can do on their end.

I don't know what I'll have to do if there's a problem during the warranty period. All I have so far are the UPS labels that were on the boxes (photos).

I placed an order but used the wrong email. I don't have access to it or remember it. I need to find a way to know the order status so I know when I will get it.

The carpet was beautiful but it had stains. I tried to return it but it has been impossible.

Customer service wants to charge $206 to just to return it despite the stains. I asked them to pick it up but it has been weeks. I called numerous times and asked for a call back but they have refused to call me back.

Extremely disappointed. I am stuck with a carpet I can't use after paying almost $1000 for it.

I got ripped off for a TV twice this week. Overstock was one of them.

Turns out people sell for Overstock. I paid this person or people using Overstock's name, and now I can't find my order. Overstock doesn't know about my order. I took screenshots of everything!

Update; I investigated thru my screenshots the actual IP that was using overstock.

Be had me blocked from his phone messages and emails already. Overstock wouldn't hello me do anything.

It's even their receipt.

I ordered and paid for an item (with PayPal) from what was shown to be the Overstock website but never got a tracking number. The contact seller E-Mail, and website was shown and blocked as a security threat. PayPal says it .comis refunding my payment.

Well, I would like an answer to my question. If I order the special of 3 sets of sheets for $129.00, can I get different colors, and how do I go about doing this online?

I ordered tires on 08/15/2025, and I have not received anything yet. I have not received my tires yet, and there is no phone number to contact your company. This is my confirmation number. Hello, I purchased 2 tires from your company a while ago, and I have not received them yet. Please advise.
