I have an order of Laptop on December 31, 2020. The order number is #32440****, the item is HP Z-Book15, 2 15.6 in. Refurbished Laptop- Intel Core i-5 4310M 4th Gen. 2.70 GHz 8 GB 500 GB HDD DVD- RAM Window 10 Pro 64-Bit, $395.00 + $35.06=$430.06. I have received the Cancellation on January 4th, 2021 And, I didn't receive my money back.

I never received my paid item.

I will never order from this company again. The delivery company used was not honest. Many excuses were made In delivering my item. Finally, an email received stating my item was delivered. A refund was received after waiting two weeks.

Return of mattress

Beginning- I ordered mattress, was supposed to be delivered in 10 days.. 4 weeks later no one would help me cancel order When I finally got someone to help I was immediately transfered to shipping company that said they only deliver on thursdays.. So overstock said I needed to accept delivery and use it.. if I didn't like it I could return.. slept 6 nights it was terrible.and called to return.. Apparently I was at 31 days and they can onlynever only return at 30 days

The chairs I ordered The chairs I purchased the holes Don’t match up. Not a good product. Not happy at all.

Chairs that I purchased are a piece of garbage. The holes dont match up they are made very poorly. Im not happy at all with my purchase.

Order shipped even after cancelled and won't pay return postage

I began to order a fan. I didn't finish ordering. I found the fan on another site at a much better price. I cancelled my Overstock order. Today they shipped it anywayeven though the transaction was never completed through PayPal. When I called, I was told that I never cancelled (I did), the transaction was completed (it wasn't) and they would not waive the $34.95 return shipping fee. I was denied speaking with a

We had asked that the delivery be postponed till August or September and were told that that was going to happen. And then last week we found a delivery has been sent and will receive it in about a week. So nothing can be done about it now were just going to store it in a storage facility

Want to hear from overstock

I called to arrange a return on one purchase and to intercept the delivery of a second order. The second order was not stopped but when it was delivered we had the delivery person take it back on the truck because we knew we didnt want it. I am waiting for communication about this and looking for my refund. Thank you

I received my order and it's defective - I would like a replacement please

I was told by Overstock that I will be contacted as soon as my chosen item is back in stock. In the meantime, I have been credited for the defective item with no need to return it.

Missed item from order

I purchased 8 piece bed in a bag[paid in advance] bed skirt missing not easy to get a response from this company they obviously have my name and e-mail address so should be able to solve this issue from my original order but oh no sent an e-mail asking for e-mail address and order number which right now I have misplaced .

User's recommendation: company asked for order number and e-mail address can't find order number which they must have and as they e-mailed me to ask for this info they could have sorted it at their end already having my name and e-mail address this is a ribbish company to deal with won't be using them or recommending them.
