Not resolved

I made the mistake of ordering a chair from Overstock for my son for Christmas. I ordered the chair on December 12th.

Please note it’s not a cheap chair – it is a $428.99 Big & Tall office chair. It arrived in a damaged box with a broken part. I’ve been trying for over 10 days to get a resolution. I have emailed.

I have called. I have chatted online. I have sent pictures. I was even promised by a customer service agent at Overstock that the person responsible for the relationship between Overstock and the vendor “Clickhere2shop” would step in and ensure this was resolved.

The best offer I have received is that I should ship the chair back at my expense, pay the 20% restocking fee and get a credit for the balance. For a BROKEN chair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $429.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
